[plug] ADSL problems

Sorry, to clarify - I'm with iiNet not hellstra but like (almost) all 
DSL users, still have to depend on their less-than-reliable infrastructure.

The info I have so far is from iiNet, but indications (according to 
them) are that the fault is at telstra'a end.
