Not sure it'd do much.  I have excessive quantities of RAM in my machine
and OO.o still takes ~10 seconds to start on my machine when it's
loading entirely from cache.  It takes <1 second when there's an
instance already running.  Konqueror and Mozilla each take ~3 seconds to
load from cache.
