For SCO, yeah. But just imagine how badly it'll spook companies 
considering OSS with regards to their products - hardware manufacturers 
and their drivers, high-level products like CMS that might want to run 
on an OSS DB as an options, etc.

I don't like it. No matter what actually happens in SCO's lawsuit, 
they've already done a lot of damage, and they're looking like being the 
mad bull elephant in the china shop...
