I don't know abour riserfs. Sounds like a cheap imitation of reiserfs.
Wouldn't trust it.

ReiserFS however is definitely the greatest file system in the known
universe, people should use it simply for the coolness of it's name.
Reiser. It sounds German, and Germans make really cool stuff. Like
volkswagons. It makes you think of leather jackets and expensive cigars.
obviously this means it's good. Plus it's sponsored by suse and the
government. and also by the judean people's liberation front, but that's
not common knowledge.

all in all, i say user reiserfs because it's cool (especially with jedi
hashes - because your files are protected by the force) only boring
people who want to do real work use ext3, and who really has data that
matters if it gets eaten? life goes on.
