Unpack the Excel spreadsheet using Gnumeric and you'll see why. The, er, 
gentleman maintaining their über-spreadsheet has saved it in Unicode 
format, which has undoubtedly broken the VB hack which turns it into a 
spreadsheet. BoC, it's Open Source that must have all of the 
compatibility issues, according to Borg HQ. (-:

OOcalc 1.0.3 still reads the spreadsheet OK. I have some scripts kicking 
around which turn the spreadsheet into a useable set of HTML pages 
(better in some ways than the now-broken original, for example you get 
to read the full descriptions).
