I am reasonably sure the imwheel program is for XFree 3.3 and 4.x has
scroll built into it. Since you didn't mention which version you are
running I am going to assume 4.
This should be all you need if you are running 4.x in XF86Config-4
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "imPS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
