[plug] Multiple websites, Apache and DNS

Hello,

I've now got my firewall up and running sharing my ADSL connection. I
also installed apache and have the default page accessible from my ISP
assigned IP.

I want to use this machine to host multiple websites as well as a mail
server and SIP proxy. I do not current have a static IP but will be
registering one soon.

As for DNS is my best option to install BIND or it okay to delegate
through other DNS servers?  

Some examples would be my ISP or a service like Granite Canyon.
