[plug] Linux support on iinet

Just looking for local timeservers to setup ntp when I looked in Iinet's user 
settings.
They now have a page dedicated to setting up under Red Hat Linux.

Things are looking up.

By the way does anyone know of a local public ntp server that does not use the 
stratum 1 server
murgon.cs.mu.OZ.AU
time.uwa.edu.au and the Westnet server both use this and I would like a third 
local ie Perth server that uses a different stratum 1.
