I just found the page you mentioned before I got this message.
Checked out the time.central-data.net
It actually goes through the SA server then up, but is a local resource so 
should be handy.
Most of the ISPs seem to have a timeserver although it is not widely 
advertised, and a few don't seem to be working at the moment.
iinet and Commerce Australia are not responding as I speak.
I will send an email to the waix guys with what I found.
