BTW I forgot to mention this earlier in the day, but the above can be a
pretty good tradeoff in many situations. For example: if you have a
fairly repetitive menu at the top, it's not very helpful for users of
textual or non-visual browsers. For graphical browsers, you can use CSS
to put the menu somewhere more visually useful. Just FYI.
