[plug] dpkg --configure errors in post-install scripts

found the problem:
install-keymap returns an error for anything other than NONE

I hard-coded the install scripts to use this and the packages installed.

Is this going to cause problems in the future ??

How do I find out why install-keymap does not work (returns 2) with a
keymap or KERNEL ?
