[plug] Strange named problem

Thanks Matt and James.  Problem now found.  Posting to the lost forced 
me to more closely examine the zone files and I found a silly mistake 
from when the slave was previously the old master- The name of the 
server in the SOA record was still the old server: now the current 
slave. Fixed that and all is well.
