[plug] Telstra link for ADSL wannabes?

A few days ago, someone posted a link to a telstra site, where they
(Telstra) were trying to get people who want ADSL but can't get it to
register their interest.  I can't find the link (deleted the mail :-( ),
and I can't find it in the archive.  So unless I'm imaging the whole
thing (always a possiblity), could someone repost the link please?  I
have a friend who is desperate to tell Telstra just how much he wants
ADSL ;-)
