I don't think I ever got dellmgr happy (though I probably didn't try
hard enough). The /dev/megadev0 node was created by the init.d
script as you saw. What modules are loaded? The major number is
assigned dynamically by the kernel when the megaraid.o driver is
loaded (hence why the script has to try and find it out)... are you
loading megaraid.o?

Hmm. The cerc_linapps tarball contains exactly what the full tarball
contained... nice nearly-recursive tarball. You're not missing out
on anything :)
