While I don't know if this will work for you, www.grisoft.com has a free
checker called AVG, there are also corporate (paid) versions and they
also have Server and Email versions...

Disclaimer: I've installed AVG Free Edition on some clients (home)
machines and have not heard any negative feedback. So far I've been
virus free on my Linux box :-)
