What'd you (or Leon) have in mind, BTW? 512/128Kbps plans from Westnet
or Arachnet?

On closer inspection the Swiftel plans are looking very good - rather
than twist their business plan just so they can claim "Unlimited"
usage, the fees are closer to being proportional to the costs. Fixed IP
as standard (it makes their billing easier anyway!), free WAIX Real
Soon Now (tm), $6/GB excess downloads (!), free uploads, 3 month
contract term.

Then $40/month for 256/64Kbps, and $70/month for 1500/256Kbps (!).

The cynic in me worries that there's a catch somewhere, perhaps it's
