[plug] undelete files in ext3 file system

I have found this site useful

When undeleting an ext2 filesystem is prety much like an ext3 filesystem.
The only real differentce is the journal as the way to convert an ext3
filesystem to an ext2 is to delete the journal and change some configuration
options.
