[plug] M$ again - Digital rights in Office

I have a test install of Office 2003b2. If I click on File->Permissions,
it wants me to download 'Windows Rights Management client software'.
Unsurprisingly, I don't wish to do this as I don't want to cripple
anything else on the box (whether intentionally or incidentally is
beside the point!)

Hmm... upon further thought, that may not be correct. Certainly for 
creation, but perhaps not for normal work with the documents. You do, 
though, need Office2k3.
