Just out of intrest using a fax machine on the phone line run a FOLDS
test. To do this send a single page with about 5% -15% page coverage to
1300 368 999 you will get a fax back can be upto 30 mins giving you a
report on the status of the line as to it's quality if it comes back as
"poor" show that to Telstra the next time they try to tell you that the
line is fine

Yep, just received a call from iiNet 2 minutes ago, they're sending out
some
Alcatel filters for me to try :)

I told the guy to check the url, and he said "Wow, thats not very good
looking", haha.
