[plug] funny process name

I just ran 'ps ax' on my Debian Woody box, and saw this:

 2550 ?        S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 2551 ?        S      0:00 -:0
 2567 ?        S      0:00 /bin/sh /usr/bin/x-session-manager

Any idea what process 2551 is? And should I be worried?

P.S. I've tried google, but it doesn't search for "-:0" very well. Is
there any way to force it to search for the actual quoted characters?
