[plug] Receiving emails to a script

didnt this sort of thing go out of fashion after security scares a few
years back which is why it was probably disabled?

I think some kind of encryption/digital sig would be critical in this
day and age.  After all, emails are plain text so if someone notices
your embedded commands ...
