[plug] [OT] pic programming

Easy path;- The basic stamp.

Nifty little multy purpose pic units that just program under a kinda cut
down basic. They do digital i/o on between 8 - 16 pins and interface
nicely with cheap adc and dac's

I've been involved in quite a few small scale projects that use these
things, and there solid.

Worth a look. Parallax make em.
