All that does is tell you if your number range matches up with an 
exchange that has ADSL or not though... so its not a very good measure 
of whether you can get it or not.  Of course if it says you can't get 
ADSL, then its probably right though :P

It doesn't take into account signal loss or any line inhibitors (e.g. 
pair gain, RIM etc).  It also doesn't take into account sub-exchanges 
(same number range as main exchange - but need to be ADSL enabled 
separately).

The only way to find out for sure, is to apply.
