Oh yes, Senator Luddite as The Register call him.

The idiot responsible for the government department that spent $2 
million on a website that is not very functional.  He has no argument in 
regards to that... if he wasn't responsible for it (as he claims), then 
he was obviously asleep at the wheel. 

Not to mention his attitude about broadband only being used for "gaming 
and pornography".  Yes, I'm sure he'd have a good understanding of how 
to run a Telco.
