[plug] WAIX Mirror - YellowDog Linux 3.0.1

This looks like it might be.  A traceroute says it's only two hops away
from iinet's network.  I seem to remember that someone gave some info on
how to tell if an IP was on WAIX a few weeks ago on this list.
