[plug] Mandrake 10 and rpm install

Hi,
Iam using Mandrake 10 official and after downloading the rpm from the 
rpmfind site below, (and other rpm's)

example:
http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/MandrakeCooker/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/k3b-0.11.12-3mdk.i586.rpm

I used kpackage to install and I get the 'NOKEY' error in 'unsatisfied 
dependacies'
This problem I had with a plf rpm and I solved this by
'rpm --import plf.asc'  this worked well.
I cannot seem to find the right key file to import in this situation.
What am I missing ?
was not a problem with mdk9.1.
Any help appreciated.
