[plug] how to set cups up to do two or more pages per sheet?

lpr -P Normal -o number-up=2 test.ps
gives
Description:
Location:
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs.
"No pages found!"
Device URI: canon:/dev/lp0

However, a text file printed the same way works fine. Its something in
the OO postscript that seems to cause it.

Installing a2ps now and I'll see if that behaves any better.
