ftp.wa.au.debian.org has the beta4 mini-ISOs:
http://ftp.wa.au.debian.org/debian/dists/sid/main/installer-i386/beta4/images/netboot/

You'll want either mini.iso or 2.6/mini.iso.  Note that these images
fetch /everything/ from the internet, and just have a kernel and
ramdisc on the <5MB CD image.

If you're feeling adventurous, change "beta4" to "current" and you'll
get the not-yet-released-but-already-frozen beta5 which should be
quite a bit nicer.
