I got 2 suggestions:
1) I know a Linux Chick in Kalgoorlie thats right into Linux POS
systems.. she supported them for the kal region I'll try and track her
down for you.
2) I've heard that redhat have a large part of the POS market.. not
sure where I heard it but it might help with the search..
