Yep, the correct (working) IP is 218.214.15.167 as reported by
bilby.iinet.net.au and ns3.bur.st, and the SOA is:

e3.com.au.              38400   IN      SOA     www.e3.com.au.
hostmaster.e3.com.au. 2001120251 3600 300 1209600 86400

which is mighty odd to me as either nothing has been changed in a very
long time, or someone's incrementing the SOA w/o using the 'today's
date' convention.

iiNet's ns1.iinet.net.au reports:
e3.com.au.              38400   IN      SOA     e3.e3.com.au.
hostmaster.e3.com.au. 2001120221 3600 3600 864000 86400

so iiNet is definitely serving a different record. Note the
'e3.e3.com.au' and the SOA serial number.

iiNet' is handing out 202.137.192.91 as the A record of e3.com.au and
www.e3.com.au .

That's what I'm seeing too, but iiNet's DNS (at least) is reporting
something totally different.

Additionally, iiNet shows these nameservers as authorative on the
domain:

e3.com.au.              38400   IN      NS      ns2.bur.st.
e3.com.au.              38400   IN      NS      ns3.bur.st.
e3.com.au.              38400   IN      NS      ns4.bur.st.
e3.com.au.              38400   IN      NS      swami.pcguru.com.au.

where WestNet and bur.st show:

e3.com.au.              36010   IN      NS      ns2.bur.st.
e3.com.au.              36010   IN      NS      ns3.bur.st.
e3.com.au.              36010   IN      NS      ns4.bur.st.
e3.com.au.              36010   IN      NS      tesla.pcguru.com.au.

However, telsla.pcguru.com.au and swami.pcguru.com.au have the same IP:

swami.pcguru.com.au is an alias for pcguru.com.au.
pcguru.com.au has address 202.137.193.150

so that's no big deal.
