[plug] screen hidden in sid

Hey All,

All done but I'm noticing some things that I wanna change so I suppose 
I'm gonna ask some stuff.  When I open up a config screen in kde on my 
laptop the ok button down the very button of the screen is hidden by the 
taskbar.  It doesn't happen on programs but does happen on config screens.

I'd like the taskbar to be fixed so that nothing can go "behind" it.
