[plug] MailScanner children fighting

Hey plug,

I found this entry via google and was having the same problem. Since i 
did find a solution and as a bonus to all those who setup their list to 
be googleable i figured i'd share what i found.
All you have to do to fix this issue is set the following parameter in 
Mailscanner.conf

Lock Type = posix
