The IP is static, allocated to us by Arachnet (who are generously
hosting our servers for us); SORBS is being over-zealous and appears
to be listing huge chunks of Arachnet IP space as dynamic.  SORBS may
de-list us once we've got reverse DNS set up properly again.  Until
then, don't use DNSBLs for blocking mail entirely! :-)
