Except that 'ex-' has the connotation of 'outside' (hence 'exhale'
connotes something along the lines of "shifting your breath to the
outside"), whereas uninstallation is outright deletion. However, I
suppose it could be neat if 'uninstalled' meant 'not yet installed'
and 'extalled' meant 'removed'.
