[plug] WineX not working from CVS

I played around with the CVS version for quite a while
at various times it seemed to install and not work
or not compile or require some resource I did not have installed I 
finally gave up and acquired the RPMs for it and installed it from that
after everything I find I still do not have Star Wars Galaxies running 
even though it claims to support it and anecdotal evidence suggests it 
works. Although some other things do seem to work.

at least try this
$ cedega thule.exe
