[plug] displaying digital images on TV

Interesting - "dcim" is a directory in the camera (its mounted by
usb-storage).  "/mnt/cam/dcim/100olymp/" with the pictures in this
subdirectory.

However, it doesnt seem to work on our dvd player when burnt to cd.
