[plug] AGM details

Hi all,

Just a friendly reminder that the AGM will be held on Tuesday, 10th
February evening in our usual TAFE seminar slot (starting 7:30pm
onwards, till around 9pm).

The general agenda for the evening will be:

Welcome
State of the union address
Vote in new committee
General business
 - bank account
 - membership cards
Leave.

The vacated committee positions are:
    - President (Tony Breeds, resigning)
    - Vice-President (Bernard Blackham, resigning)
    - Treasurer (Mark Tearle, resigning) 
    - Secretary (Mark Gaynor, resigning)
    - OCM (Clare Johnstone, resigning)
    - OCM (Leon Brooks, resigning)

Other roles that need fulfilling (not a committee position, but
things that need doing):
    - Talks co-ordinator (Jacqueline McNally, resigning)
    - Librarian (Bernard Blackham, resigning)

We have (not yet seconded or accepted) nominations for the following
people:

    James Devenish (Secretary?)
    Cameron Patrick
    Adrian Woodley
    Garry Buckle
    Harry McNally

Nominations will be accepted right up until the AGM itself (contrary
to the constitution, I know, but it's how it's been done in the past
and 28 days notice is nigh impossible). Please email the list with
your nominations & secondings.

Memberships for 2004 can be paid for on the night (find myself) -
rates are $10 for full members, $5 for student/concession.
