Was it just a standard registered letter?

Because you can do a person to person registered/receipted letter, which 
must be collected and signed by the person who it is addressed to only 
(no one else can pick it up).  And of course you get a receipt back once 
it has been picked up.

Anyway.. its about time the ACCC sunk its teeth into SCO-ANZ and told 
them where to stick their IP licensing....
