Hi folks,

Almost precisely a year after its upstream release, it appears that
XFree86 4.3 is about to hit the unstable branch of Debian Real Soon
Now(TM). Isn't Debian grand? :-P

To quote from an (automatically generated) post to the debian-x mailing
list today:

+xfree86 (4.3.0-2) unstable; urgency=low
+
+ * The "It's like I have a shotgun in my mouth, I've got my finger on	the
+ trigger, and I like the taste of the gunmetal." release.
+
+ * Set the f---ing distribution to unstable instead of experimental.

In other news, it sounds as though XFree86 4.4 isn't going to be
distributed by Debian, Mandrake, Red Hat or OpenBSD for licencing
reasons.

Cameron.
