Not that I have seen (I could be wrong)
Your two best bets are
1) Cygwin -- You could try and compile it, but sounds like your not an expert yet and probably a bit out of your league.
2) Using cygwin X server and executing it remotely off another machine (for example an older machine you might have you can put linux on and make evolution display over the network.
Some other people might have some better insight,
