[plug] webmin..

Ryan, I have a problem wth webmin, up the top it only shows two categories
"Webmin" and "Others" the categories such as "Servers" "Networking" "system"
etc dont show up..

this is extremely frustrating and I cant find any reference to it in the
manual, please help - without the other sections this piece of software is
useless.
