[plug] Missing Debian packages from mirrors

Well it looks like I didn't need unrar after all. I had an Excel
spreadsheet from a supplier that was password protected against content
changes and OpenOffice couldn't open it. Gnumeric opens it fine. I had a
xls password cracker that in a rar file that I was going to try but
luckily I no longer need to.
