Yeah, sometimes the xbox is non-operational when spark goes down, due to
NIS (or, at least, that used to be an explanation). I thought this
seemed likely yesterday (because the xbox's kernel does accept TCP
connections but the daemons don't get the chance to run properly). I
only noticed that spark and the website were down yesterday. I mentioned
the xbox on this list yesterday and I queried Scott off-list, but he
doesn't administer that machine. I recall that this list has received
spark & xbox admin e-mail from Matt Kemner, but I don't know the full
story. Assuming there will be some murmur on Monday.
