Dear John,

I've used the Broadcom 570x chipset in an IBM x-Series server and the
solution was to grab the driver from Broadcom's site (www.broadcom.com),
in my case I grabbed the source and patched my kernel 'cause the driver
would not play ball as a module. I see they had 440x mentioned on their
site.

Good luck,
Denis
