Weird...the archive page give different (truncated) size statistics
compared to Saturday and Sunday. If the archives are screwed, someone
should replace it with a corrected version (it's easy -- replace the
mbox and regenerate the archives). Likewise, if the mbox is still
intact, then you can regenerate the entire HTML archive afresh. It at
least appears that new messages are being appended (yay). Maybe you
already regenerated the archives and for some reason the files were
compressed more than last time (thus accounting the the stats
difference)?? The 'number of messages' for some months appear to be
correct. One further thought: we could regenerate archives on spark for
the whole of 2003 and perhaps more (does spark have disk space?). Are
the archives still being generated per-message or is it periodic?
