[plug] USB k/b and mouse

Having no PS/2 ports on the lappy, I'll try a USB k/b and mouse..

On my old one, the built-in and external mouse and k/b were both treated as a PS/2 device on /dev/psaux.

When using a built in PS/2 and an external USB k/b and/or mouse do we put in a simlink from one to the other, or is there other magic to perform? Or is this stuff done automagically?

I know I'm prolly up for a kernel compile to enable USB stuff too.
