As I said to you previously, I use and deploy Linux for my clients and
this is affecting my ability to run my company. Their claims are yet to
be tested in court - and for that matter in a court in the United States
- and so-far there appears to be little or no evidence suggesting that
they have any hope whatsoever of ever reaching any form of success.

Since the last time we communicated a number of web-sites have developed
that track the progress in this case, the most prominent of which is
Groklaw <http://www.groklaw.net/>. I strongly urge you to visit that
site and read for yourself what the SCO group is up to.

As a business in Australia, I thought it was completely illegal to
shake-down customers...
