[plug] VNC from windows tricks?

I use VNC extensively and unfortunately from a windows environment..

The version I'm using is "Tight VNC" latest build.. and I'm using it over
some pretty slow links..
What I'd like to do is to set as a default the "Restrict pixels to 8-bit"
option so that when I double click the short cut I don't have to go into the
options and set it myself.. does anyone know how this can be done?
