Presumably you talking about the shortcut on the Windows machine? This
has nothing to do with Linux, the viewer dictates how the connection is
established, the server just does what it is told (in most cases).
Anywhoo,
Right click the TightVNC shortcut, and select Properties. The shortcut
the install program sets up has:
"C:\blah\blah\vncviewer.exe" -compresslevel 9 -quality 0
Change it as needed. Need help on tap? run: C:\blah\blah\vncviewer /?
