!? I see a different IP address and the traceroute dies after 6 hops
("core-router.blm.e-span.com.au").

Odd... must be DNS-related as "dig www.e3.com.au @ns1.iinet.net.au" vs
"dig www.e3.com.au @ns1.bur.st" give different results.  I also see
timeouts on when I try to look up anything at ns2.bur.st.

http://218.214.15.167/ works for me :-)
